About Our Storytime Backpacks
Each storytime backpack contains enough material for a storytime meant for children ages 3-5. We've carefully selected three books that will engage as well as teach on each topic. Typically these are the books we've found work best at storytime! The backpack also includes a hands-on learning activity such as a puzzle, sorting, or counting task. Since tactile feedback is important to growing learners, we've also included a felt board for you and your child to use to tell a story. Our kits may also include dry erase markers and laminated worksheets to work on your child's prewriting and motor skills. We encourage the use of the kits in a calm and quiet environment so children can focus on the stories and activities.
